it is a serios bug!
i removed Global System Admin role from admin. then i want to add Global System Admin to my user. but now i could not insert Global System Admin to any user!
There is no Global System Admin on my youtrack. i created a task. but unsolved for 2 weeks.

6.0 was installed with MSI installer, ran 6.5 upgrade with MSI installer. Chose recommended option to not use existing configs. Install gets to "Starting Services" and hangs. I cancel after a while. I viewed the service.log file and it seems that the installer keeps trying to restart the service, but fails each time with errors. Logs attached to this issue.

I will try to roll back to 6.0 now. fingers crossed.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start YouTrack using "C:\Program Files (x86)\YouTrack\bin\youtrack.bat" start.
2. After a while, the browser opens the URL http://<name of server>/bundle/starting
3. The URL fails to open anything, as the port on the specific YouTrack instance is not set to 80.

What is the expected result?
That the URL would include the correct port (http//<name of server>:portnumber/bundle/starting) and therefore actually show an existing web page.

What happens instead?
The URL does not include the correct port (it just assumes and indirectly states port 80, which is wrong), so the URL points to nowhere and you just get an error page in the browser.

Сейчас поля name, aliases и type(multiple, single) относятся не к project custom field-у, а к прототипу.
Прототип может использоваться в нескольких project custom field-ах, поэтому надо:
1. Явно показать пользователю, что если он будет править поля прототипа, то они повлияют на все project custom fields которые используют
этот прототип
2. Дать возможность создать новый прототип, который унаследует часть полей от текущего (like make independent copy)

NOTE:

1. В системе не может быть два прототипа с одинаковым именем
2. Bundle в project custom field не связан с протоипом.

    When a new pending sharing invite appears, click its name to accept it and configure parameters.

Now in languageSettings rest we have id/locale en_US in config we have l10n.lang en. We should return common format in localeSettings and config or add to languageSettings field lang

4. Click "Backup database now"

Result:
Backup location looks : "C:\Fascination\2410\backupXXX"
After backuping database files goes to "C:\Fascination\2410\teamsysdata\backupXXX"
