Please note that this is not very hard to post a lnik similar to this by mistake somewhere and end up slightly DOSing YT+HUB.
STR: Open any link belonging to new UI with 4 and more parts in its URL, e.g. /agiles/153-186/155-3146/asdf or /v2/issue/YTB-666/qwer. Note that /reports/... and /dashboard/... are not affected.
/issue/ is affected as well (most likely due to recent changes is url filter – note that on prod trailing slash is required to reproduce due to nginx config).
ER: you are shown some error page (404 is to be expected)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open more Youtrack tickets on Chrome in new tabs in the same window, like 10. In my case it was 8
- Last 2 tabs couldn't load linked tickets and comments (attached screenshot)
What is the expected result?
All tickets are shown correctly with all the information
What happens instead?
Last 2 tabs (6 were shown correctly) can't load information about linked tickets and comments
Sometimes refresh of the page helps, sometimes not.

I read issues and update some of them. Some issues are updated from an extra tabs.
Once issues list tab detects changes (may take minutes) it focuses on a changed issue.
This makes me loss the place where I was in the list. So I have to re-read the whole list!

The issue described below exists in current YouTrack version and it seems to be there from the very beginning
There is a license key with free upgrade period till 17 October 2018 (see attached [file:free_upgrade_period_till_17_October_2018.txt])
There is a YouTrack instance of version 2017.4.39533 that uses the license key above.
2018.3 was released at 10 October 2018 and it has several bug-fix releases published at later dates:
Though it allows to upgrade to 2018.3.46358 first and only after that to 2018.3.46727.
This limitation doesn't look reasonable.
It complicates things for user. The most convenient for him is a direct upgrade to the latest bug fix release. There is no reason for him to install version with bugs and then immediately upgrade to get rid of them.
Since now this can be easily fixed with help of validating free upgrade period against

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Send api/admin/customFieldSettings/customFields?fields=id,name,fieldType%28presentation,id%29&top=2
This request is in example:

What is the expected result?
I expect to get only 2 fields
What happens instead?
I recive 42 fields.
If I set top=150, I'll still get 42 fields.
Why do I need it?
There is issue in TFS with 'Major' priority. I need to create the same issue in YouTrack.
My steps to achive it:
export all bundles from YouTrack => find instance id and value id for value 'Major' of custom field 'Priority' in specific project => send post request with such body
