Since we moved from windows to docker on Linux, Youtrack has been extremely slow and we keep getting connection lost . We have restarted the service multiple times today and users are getting frustrated. See apache logs below:

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create Gantt chart with big dataset.

What is the expected result?
I expect to have only one vertical scrollbar.

What happens instead?
There are 2 scrollbars, which makes it really uncomfortable to use.

The Agile board is large with hundreds of tasks, but it worked fine in Firefox 61. Suddenly it is much slower, and the only change I can think of is that it coincided with getting Firefox 62.

This is on Linux, Firefox from Fedora.

Youtrack 2018.2 build 45513.

It sometimes works for a little bit when just started, but after opening a task or two, or moving a task using drag and drop, it becomes very slow. With slow I mean that scrolling barely works (moves only after long delay), grabbing another task for drag and drop there is no reaction, doubleclick to open a task takes forever, if it works at all.

One can notice that Firefox's Web Content process is heavy on the CPU when this happens.

Perhaps Firefox is really to blame, but not sure where to start.

1. Add link to issue with restricted visibility
2. Log in as user who can't see linked issue

AR:
User can see total count of linked issues (including ones he can't read), and links to such issues look like trying to load (but never loaded). Clicking on "Show more links" also takes no effect in such case.

ER:
Show to user only issues he can see. Counter can be either real (with total count of linked issues) but with message like "You can't see N more linked issues", or it can show only number of issues that user can read.

On our Youtrack server the mail notifications about assignee change stopped to be delivered.
When I try to look at notification templates->Issue Change->Issue digest, always the message about overloaded server pops up

please add this feature to Youtrack, that able us can control auto-recalculation.

this is important for us because lead to mistake when add estimation report to dashboard and show old data, and we should refresh each widget on dashboard one by one!

Suggestion: if all widget on dashboard refresh when page load might be good idea.

1. Someone commented on a YouTrack issue and used > to format text as reply quotation (example).
2. I received an email notification for the comment.

What is the expected result?
Email shows the blue quotation bar just like the web view.

What happens instead?
Quotation bar is absent, so text appears with unintended rendering.

Please note that this is not very hard to post a lnik similar to this by mistake somewhere and end up slightly DOSing YT+HUB.

STR: Open any link belonging to new UI with 4 and more parts in its URL, e.g. /agiles/153-186/155-3146/asdf or /v2/issue/YTB-666/qwer. Note that /reports/... and /dashboard/... are not affected.
/issue/ is affected as well (most likely due to recent changes is url filter – note that on prod trailing slash is required to reproduce due to nginx config).
ER: you are shown some error page (404 is to be expected)
