    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    1. Start reporting an issue with the title "Pressing Shift+Tab in the Check RegExp window leaves the window"
    2. Look in the "Similar Issues" list for similar issues

    What is the expected result?

    • IDEA-202189 is the top entry in the list since it has exactly the same title
    • IDEA-199806 is the next entry in the list since it has many of the same keywords in the title

    Providing good "Similar issues" helps to avoid a lot of work. Of my recent issues, 12 have been closed as duplicates. Displaying the duplicate issues prominently (above the big description field) and finding the correct duplicates is crucial to saving time, both for me and for your whole team. I think the team invested at least one or two days of work because I submitted duplicate issues.

    When I remove the text of the issue template below, the correct IDEA-202189 is the first "Similar issues".

    But as long as I leave the boilerplate there, the list of similar issues is completely useless.

    As soon as I mention IDEA-202189 in the description, that issue gets listed in the Similar Issues. That feels wrong since at issue creation, the Similar Issues list should be called "Possible Duplicates" instead and should only show those issues that I as the submitter don't know yet. Those issues that I mention by ID are definitely known to me.

    In Agile board edit screen I wanted to exclude the parent tasks as suggested here.

    Although query works, I still get a warning saying The 'has' attribute is not supported by this query

    How to reproduce:

    1. Click on Assignee field in any issue with existing Assignee

    Popup will appear and will hide an upper part of the list.

    Same with other fields but fields with people are the most troubling.

    Скрипт реализует popup-окошко при создании новой задачи.
    При этом если создать задачу, через кнопку "создать задачу", переходя со страницы всех задач или при выборе категорий - то стартовое окошко отображается корректно.


    Если же задачу создать из дашбоарда, через кнопку "создать задачу" или "Создать еще одну задачу" - то окошко не появляется.


    Подскажите, можно ли как то обойти эту проблему?

    3. Hover over YouTrack ID in TestRail

    A pop-up window appears which pull YouTrack details and displays it within the TestRail page.

    Error Message: "Plugin "YouTrack20182" returned an error: Not Found"

    Your API was change once again, the same happened with release 2018.2. we need help knowing what call methods where deprecated. I've attached the plugin used by TestRail.

    a real use case: I need to find all the issues mentioning word "archivation" in this particular form. And I can't to do this in Charisma.

    Forced to do this (w/o comments) by exporting all the issues into CSV and searching there with a plain text editor.

    Our youtrack 2018.3 is suddenly stuck at rebuilding index for a very very long time (we are talking days). Also the search is not working properly since it started rebuilding.
