What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open an existing issue
2.Select the Create Issue drop-down
3.Attempt to open one of the links (e.g., relates to, depends on, subtask of) in a new tab

What is the expected result?
The browser would open a new tab to the new issue page with the relationship added, as it does when I click the link to navigate to it in the current tab.

What happens instead?
A new tab opens, but it navigates to about:blank.

I'm writing a code block (```-delimited in Markdown) in the issue description and it involves some annotated code:

@Annotation

When I'm typing @Annotation, I'd like not to see the popup to autocomplete the user name, so I press Esc, but it doesn't help as the popup is still shown, but the text view becomes unfocused. It would be nice either if the popup wasn't shown at all, or at least that Esc would close it.

If a custom order was in the closed tree view element we can show the dot in this element which disappears after user expands this tree element.

STR:

1. Go to the Dashboard where you have a widget
2. Hover the recalculate button, the last updated date will be displayed (say 2 weeks ago)
3. Click on the recalculate button
4. Hover the recalculate button again

ER: Last updated date changed to "Moments ago"
AR: Last updated date is still "2 weeks ago"

Refresh doesn't help;
Going to the report, recalculating it and then refreshing the dashboard helps.

This happened only once but for 800 issues. Their priority has been changed to Critical, then to Show-stopper; one after another.

The addition of the creator in the tag menu under details should be optional/configurable.
For us it doesn't give the user any useful information to choose the right tag and just clutters the UI.

I would like to see what project template was used to setup a specific project in the project overview.
This information could be used to make changes to some or all project of a certain type (default, scrum, kanban).

It would also be nice to add more information to a project. For example to what department is belongs, or who the primary contact is.
You should also be able to use this information to filter certain projects in the issue lists or even in custom boards.

Example:

I would like all high priority issues in scrum projects that are owned by the development department.
or
I would like to see all closed issues of this week in kanban boards of the teams that belong to the support department.
