    It would be very useful to have "group-by" feature, which would replace "Tags" view on the left side bar and show existing values for selected attribute(s). For example, if I put the following in the query "#ReSharper #Unresolved group by: Assignee" I would like to see block similar to Tags on the left side bar, but for Assignee attribute. Then I could see number of issues assigned to each developer, click and explore them, batch edit, etc. Also, I would be able to save groupings in Saved Search, which would almost eliminate need for Matrix Report for many use cases. One axis is search itself, another axis is grouping.

    Not sure about multigrouping here, but I could use the following form:
    "group-by: a,b,c" means by group by a, then by b, then by c and thus show tree of 3 levels in depth, showing all combinations of a,b,c in particular order.
    "group-by: a group-by: b" whould show two independent side bar blocks, one for grouping by a, another one grouping by b.

    IMHO I think that it would be nice to have tasks and subtasks displayed in hierarchical mode not just only on the "one-line view" but also for the "compact view".

    I have made a mock-up image to explain what I mean. In the picture Tasks and subtasks are written in Italian, but try to focus on the general layout.

    2. Have a conversation.
    3. The webpage length grows exponantially as with each response, the entire conversation is included. See attached image.

    The quoted text is collapsed by default.

    "Add Spent Time" button can be selected only with a mouse. However, it would be nice to be able to select it with a keyboard using [Tab]

    Now, when you click "Add Spent Time" button, the focus is placed on the comment input area. After filling in the comment, you need to specify the date, duration and work type of this work item. You need to use Shift+Tab to move the focus back.
    Please put the focus to the first element (date picker) by default (actually, the first element is user selector, but I don't think it is used often).

    When issue has more than one assignee it isn't possible to track time by every assignee same time.
    What if 2-3 assignees want to track time for task same time? For example we are collectively working
    on same task at the same time and we want to track time using timer.

    It'd be great if YouTrack included an in-reply-to and references header on message notifications that reference previous message-ids. This would mean that they could be threaded by Mail.app and other email apps, rather than each one being shown as a separate email. You can see more about these headers at StackOverflow, and Mailgun's Blog.

    This is related to JT-39673 but is a separate issue.

    The notifications I receive in Mail.app (OS X) are not fully grouped.

    When creating this issue I first selected "Wiki" subsystem. Assignee was changed to "Ekaterina Zaikina".
    I then selected "No Subsystem". But the Assignee field value was not reset.

    Changing subsystem to something like "Issue Creation" resets the value to "Unassigned".
    I think selecting "No Subsystem" should do the same.
