Since more than a month already on youtrack.jetbrains.com I face issue when the currently opened page reloads itself without any actions from my side.
Sometimes I was just typing the comment text and sometimes just did nothing.

I managed to capture the requests during such reload.

STR:

1. Launch youtrack with built-in hub on DB with several hundred projects
2. Turn on network monitor
3. Open /projects
4. Press Show more projects several times

AR: for every existing project (even for the ones are hidden under "show more"), a request to /hub/api/rest/projects/{id}/team?... on page load as well as on every click on "show more"
ER: no redundant requests (i.e. we request only what we need to show)
Note: this does not happen on /hub/projects, since .../team is not requested from there at all

STR:

• Open new issues list with enabled Tree view
• Try to make subtask a root (move on top level)

AR: Could not find an entity that the moved one should trail. Either you've exceeded the max limit for ordered entities or you're working on an outdated snapshot

On the Frontend we pass parentId as null and leading issue id equals previous issue id in LIST

It works well for sub-subtasks so the problem only when you try to make an issue as a root issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to any issue's detailed page
2. Clone the issue using the command dialog menu.

What is the expected result?
The issue is cloned.

What happens instead?
Error message: "Can't submit incorrect command."

Please provide any additional information below.

• This happens across many users, many projects, many issues, and the workflow is attached to those projects.
• I've tried removing and re attaching the clone issue workflow, still doesn't work.
• If using the command dialog, the clone command is listed as an unrecognized command.
• I'm using Build 42133 31 May 2018 00:00
• The workflow from my installation is below, for reference:
