What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Commit in VCS with a youtrack id
2. Build will be triggered and a vcs change will be created in youtrack with the commit message
3. Change the message in teamcity using the edit button TW-45626

What is the expected result?

The VCS change in youtrack should have the updated message. On top of that if the youtrack id was changed in teamcity's commit message the vcs change should be removed from the old youtrack issue and added to the new youtrack issue OR I should be able to manually completely detach the vcs change from the old issue. I can't manually detach it right now because the vcs change contains the old youtrack id and youtrack won't let me (it still appears grayed out).

What happens instead?

VCS change message in youtrack is not updated with the new message I set in teamcity.

I was provided a link http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues?q=%23IDEA+for%3A+jetzajac+breakpoint+%23unresolved
Last context I had in YT was "My Unresolved", which has no issues in common with this link. The result page silently shows my unresolved issues instead of jetzajac's.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Add new Gitlab VCS Integration with on-premise gitlab server
Use private token of an global administrator account

What is the expected result?
Show all repositories of current owner, as an administrator is admin of all repositories.

What happens instead?
Failure message: "No repositories found for current owner"

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue seems to be similar to #TW-53115. I saw #JT-41881 but it doesn't solve the problem at all. We don't want to have our infrastructure users as member in every single project.

Please, see this issue as a Guest: http://evgeny-goldin.org/youtrack/issue/pl-618. TeamCity build number and icon appear as not clickable (nor cursor changes when hovering over them) even though clicking the icon does take me to the correct TC build.

It probably makes sense to make both build number and TC icon 1) clickable and 2) seen as such even for Guest users.

It seems api/admin/integrations/vcs/remote/repositories should list only repositories, in which current repository owner is owner.
But listed not only repositories where owner is owner but also where owner is a commiter

When you select repository, where current owner is commiter:

Create fresh empty issue in JT (e.g. on staging) without setting any fields
Open SIV from step 1
Open command dialog
Apply the following command (it doesn't work with arbitrary command, it seems)

with any comment (e.g. test comment)

When the workflow is executed, YouTrack logs only the name of the person who initiated the workflow in the History tab. However, it can be useful information to know that the changes were not triggered manually, but through the workflow. Smth like:

We don't allow making the state value resolved/unresolved from the board, this can be done only on the custom fields page. Users are confused when they open the value to edit and cannot make it resolved/unresolved (see video attached).
It'd be better not to show it at all and to suggest editing only the name.
