"Hi, I am using your Python scripts to import projects from different Youtrack servers, boot on same version, but got some errors:

    1. When timetracking is enabled, it gives error of Bad Request
    2. Aways give error 409 of Conflict on Issue Link Type.

In fact, analising your python code, seams that request to activate timetracking is before project creation on target server....
Another problem is that team (groups and members) is not imported."

    1. Create some reports
    2. Create dashboard
    3. Add reports widget to dashboard to show one of created reports

    What is the expected result?
Successfully created widget with selected report

    What happens instead?
Can't choose report. Only one report is showing and search is not working

Please provide any additional information below.
In Chrome DevTools Network section I see, that all reports are coming to browser, so I guess it's some frontend bug.
Firefox gives me some errors in console (see attachments)

When we add the "IntelliJ Platform Help" tag to documentation issues, child issues with the "Customize" prefix are created in IntelliJ-platform based IDEs.
We need the user who added the tag to be notified when the last child issue has been fixed, so that they can check the original content, remove unnecessary filters and redirects.

After updating to YouTrack 2018.3 (recently updated to 2018.4) we lost some Gravatars.

You can confirm that I have a Gravatar set for my e-mail (check profile) here: https://en.gravatar.com/site/check/
But if you will go to https://issues.hibernatingrhinos.com/issue/RavenDB-8799 the avatar is empty and endpoint https://issues.hibernatingrhinos.com/avatar/7654ddea548d72d4492c5392075ba34e.jpg?d=retro&s=32 returns 404

    What can we do?

On the YouTrack feedback form, it says "commertial" when it should say "commercial". Not sure if this is the proper place for this, but I wanted to document it somewhere.

Also not sure which project to put this in...

What steps will reproduce the problem?

    1. Go to: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues?q=(project:TeamCity%20or%20project:Rider)%20and%20Type:Bug
      (query: (project:TeamCity or project:Rider) and Type:Bug returns 9548 issues)
    2. Go to: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues?q=(project:TeamCity,%20Rider)%20and%20Type:Bug
(query: (project:TeamCity, Rider) and Type:Bug returns 34456 issues)

    What is the expected result?
Expected result is to have the same issues found by both queries.

    What happens instead?
Number of issues found differs. First query found 9548 issues, where the second one found 34456 issues.

Please provide any additional information below.
As docs state in the operators section:
Searches that include multiple values for a single attribute are treated as disjunctive. This means that the values are handled as if joined by an OR operator.

Above means both queries should be regarded as equal, and should return exactly the same results.

Manually entering a work date as "1/9/2019" or "09.01.2019" results in an error message. - "The server is overloaded or down for maintenance. Please try again later."
    • Allowing a simple date format for data entry would improve usability
    • Even if the date format is not accepted, the error message is misleading.
