What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select project FOO as context in web browser
2. Then navigate to issue BAR-1 (current context is still project FOO)
3. Press Alt-Ctrl-Ins to create subtask.
What is the expected result?
New issue belongs to project BAR because is subtask of BAR-1
What happens instead?
Context is still FOO
