What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the AgileBoard view and find a swimlane.
2. Click the 'new issue' button to create a new subtask for the swimlane.
3. Observe that only the summary and description fields are available for editing.
What is the expected result?
I would like to be able to specify per project, which of the issue's fields are exposed in this dialogue.
