I checked the jira and I see this means there are two instances running, I can't see any other java process running than tomcat and killing it and restarting does not solve the problem.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.upgraded from 2.1 to 3.1.1 (War version)
2.Start tomcat
3. Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Association already exists [__teamcity_server__]
What is the expected result?
Want to login
What happens instead?
Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Association already exists [__teamcity_server__]
Please provide any additional information below.
Attach a screenshot if possible
