Workflow should check if subtask has "State" field or not. If the "State" field doesn't exist, then parent task shouldn't be iterated by its subtask.
The same behaviuor if parent task has more than one subtasks and one of them is without of "State" field. Subtask without "State" field shouldn't be synced with parent task by this field.
