We set up the group/roles for a new user to be within the "Reporter" permissions (without ever adding greater permissions), but the user still gets counted as a regular user for which we are limited in our license. In the users list, it is showing that the user is a "reporter".
Is this because we are hosting our own instance of YouTrack locally? We would like to have this feature...
