Hi,
open issue title draws in black and options/flags below in blue. It's ok.
Closed issue title draws in gray but options/flags line below still remains in blue so disabled issue catch my eye by options/flags not by issue title.
It will be nice to make option/flags line for closed issue a bit lighter.
