We're evaluating the Agile support for YouTrack in the EAP version. The one feature or options we'd like to see on the swim lane support is to have the swim lanes display attributes of the tickets rather than the tickets OR the ability to create arbitrary swim lanes that are not tickets in the system. For example, there is an option to show the swim lanes based on the priority so all ticket of a particular priority become swim lanes. It would be more useful to have the swim lanes defined for the priorities, not ticket of that priority. So in the case of priorities, instead of all the tickets of "Normal" priority becoming swim lanes, each Priority value would be a swim lane so you'd see 5 lanes (in the hosted trial) Minor, Nomal, Major, Critical, Show-Stopper. The tickets would then fall into these lanes as they are added to the sprint based on their priority.
