What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use any screenshot manager to make screenshot and upload it to web (for example Monosnap)
2. Open link of screenshot, right click on image and "Copy image URL)
3. Edit description of Issue, insert URL between "!" symbols to embed image to description.
What is the expected result?
I expected that preview of Issue will show embedded image.
What happens instead?
I see this link as link:
!https://api.monosnap.com/image/download?id=8H1SgLaYWbQD5vPCtnkzHg745!

Attach a screenshot if possible
As I see in HTTP debug tool this link https://api.monosnap.com/image/download?id=8H1SgLaYWbQD5vPCtnkzHg745 is redirect (HTTP 302) to generated image. So it has not content-type of image. And therefore Youtrack show it as link, not as image. But all screenshots managers works same way.
