If an image is attached to the issue it is possible to embed it using !image.png! syntax. But for that image name needs to be typed either manually or copied using attachment "Edit" option. If new "Embed" icon was added to image attached (see attachment, where black circle is drawn) it would allow to easily embed images attached without having to copy/paste their names.
