I was typing the message title when it appears. I was thinking, "hey, nice catch! Let's add to that susystem" but there is no "Add" button there.
It should contain 2 buttons in it: "Add"/"Add to subsystem" (or even better: "Add to Screenshot Tool") and "Dismiss" ("Close" doesn't work well in this case).
