Clicking the issue ID for a task in a swimline opens the issue in a new window/tab (which is kind of bad in itself because then if you click "Agile board" at the top of that new window, you wind up with two boards open). But clicking the issue ID for the swimlane itself opens that issue in the same window/tab.
