What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create 3 issues. Assign 2 of them for #me. Assign last to somebody else.
2. Log time for each issue (for example 1h for every issue).
3. Create report for specified user (as on screenshot)
What is the expected result?
To see real report about all time activity of user.
What happens instead?
See time report about activity of user only in tasks which assigned to him.
