What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on "Agile Board" for a project which is not yet configured for agile
2. click on link named "Click here to enable agile support for Project <xx>"
What is the expected result?
Project configuration is updated to support agile board
What happens instead?
Blue error message hovers at top of browser window, saying "Not implemented"
