1. Create an issue, set the subsystem, don't set the assignee. Assignee is set automatically.
2. Change the subsystem.
Expected: subsystem has changed, but assignee is left the same.
Actual: assignee changes as well.
This is very confusing behavior. When I change a subsystem of my issue I expect only this field to be changed.
I've already made a lot of such mistakes!
