JT-20219: Login successful with password, but same password is flagged as incorrect on attempted change

Login with password at youtrack.jetbrains.com
Go to profile.
Click on change Password button
Generate random 16 character password.
Enter old password in textbox.
Copy and paste new, 16-character password into new password text box and confirmation text box.
Click Save. Red line and exclamation icon warn that old password is incorrect. It is not.

Expected: Password is changed.

Instead: User is told password that he/she logged in with is incorrect.
