What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as user with Project Admin rights.
2. Go to Agile Board and one of the sprints
3. Try to drag one of the issues from the sprint board to the backlog.
What is the expected result?
Issue is moved to backlog, its Fix Version set to Undefined.
What happens instead?
Error message: You have no permissions to reorder the issues.
F5 (refresh) shows that the issue was indeed not moved and not updated.

Attach a screenshot if possible
