What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a PSD file in a comment
2. Go to the Issue page and try to download the file
3. The download does not work. (But you can download the file form the Agile Board if you open up the issue in the pop up window)
What is the expected result?
Download the file.
What happens instead?
The page blinks and nothing happens. (the browser goes to something like http://url of the issue#viewimage=pause_button.psd%3Ffile%3D94-38%26v%3D2%26c%3Dtrue%26empty )
Please provide any additional information below.
Also on the same page I'm trying to preview some other pictures by clicking on them and it doesn't work (the image with the X button does not appear, but the on hover preview works).
