JT-12372: Warn admin about possible workflow errors on project, custom fields and bundles modifications

If admin change custom fields structure or bundles value some workflows can stopped to work.

Custom field prototype:

1. rename
   
2. delete
   
3. change type [1] -> [*]

Project custom field:

1. detach

Bundle:

1. rename value
   
2. delete value
   
3. delete bundle

Project:

1. rename
   
2. delete(?)

List admin possible incorrect workflows and if possible specify errors within them.
