STR:
1. Go to issues list and find an issue with long description.
2. Open the issue and scroll down to see list of attachments.
3. Click on some attachment.
Result: Page is scrolled up and user have to scroll down again after closing image preview.
Also in Chrome after open image preview top hint line is not visible and user have to scroll up to see it (see screenshot1 and screenshot2).
