The 403 error appears - "You do not have access rights".
It's expected not otdon't show the "create new sprint" dialog for those users who cannot create new sprint in appropriate projects.
- create a new agile board, 'project based' read permissions
- register a new user
- log in under that user
- go to agile
- try to create a new sprint
