Sometimes I can't type closing square bracket on issue title or description. Happens intermittently, steps to reproduce are a mystery, but it happens for 20% of tickets I try to fill. When issue isn't happening you can use ] character without problem; suddenly in any of keypresses issue begins to happen: in that moment there is nothing you can do, ] character won't work anymore until you reload page.
Browser: Google Chrome last version.
OS: Win7 x64

When issue happens, blue "loading" tooltip appears and when it hides I can see this on console:
