What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm using Firefox 18.0.1 under Ubuntu 12.10 (btw, there's no Firefox version newer that Firefox 7.x in browser selection list) on your current Youtrack version (copied build number from the bottom of the page).
2. I'm creating a new issue for Intellij IDEA as usually (not sure whether that's causing the problem)
3. When clicking on save button the issue is saved (probably via POST) and is shown on top of the list of issues
4. Tools panel on top of issues list (that follows the user on scroll) is broken, see screenshot.
What is the expected result?
Panel layout shouldn't be broken. On page reload its layout is restored.
What happens instead?
Panel layout is broken.
I'm using Firebug 1.11.2 but it was closed when the problem occurred.
