1) start jboss-eap-6.1\bin\standalone.bat
2) add new user with \bin\add-user.bat
3) go to jboss-eap-6.1\standalone\deployments and add youtrack-5.0-RC1.war(there is no changes if you rename it).
4) go to http://*:9990/console/App.html#deployments and enable youtrack
