What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open an existing issue
2.Select the Create Issue drop-down
3.Attempt to open one of the links (e.g., relates to, depends on, subtask of) in a new tab
What is the expected result?
The browser would open a new tab to the new issue page with the relationship added, as it does when I click the link to navigate to it in the current tab.
What happens instead?
A new tab opens, but it navigates to about:blank.
