The customer request:
A function to set time frames connected to every priority used for auto level up a priority after the time frame has passed. this would be great to have just to make sure no issues is unhandled if so the auto level will lift the issues.


Exampel: Priority: Normal if not resolved with in 7 days level to Major if not resolved in 4days level to Critical etc etc
