When customers are creating a new issue they will select a project to which to add the issue, but often will not know what project to select and what the privacy rules are for that issue.
For example, how is a customer meant to know the difference between YouTrack and YouTrack Feedback.
For example, how is a customer meant to know the difference between YouTrack and YouTrack Feedback.
- YouTrack - used for what? anything you create here is public and can be seen by anyone?
- YouTrack Feedback - For questions. These issues are private?
- Create a workflow that shows a message whenever the project combox box value is changed. But I suspect that won't work (but if it will, please show me a sample workflow script). Also, the message is not as prominent a location to show this information as the next solution.
- It would be better to display the project description next to the project combobox and change the description based on what project is selected.
