Currently, Youtrack supports having a single Jabber account associated with an account. While this is perfectly useful for notifications, most of the time I am logged into gmail with my personal account, so I cannot use the chat bot without switching accounts.
For example, when I use my personal account with the chat bot:
me(xxx@gmail.com): /todo-mv
YouTrack: Cannot apply command: Cannot find user with that jabber account xxx@gmail.com
Having multiple accounts would mean that I could use my personal email to query youtrack, yet get all notifications to my default account (xxx@corporate.com).
