What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to attach an image to an issue. Use a big one so the upload lasts more than 10 seconds (I think it's ten).
2. You get a timeout error. Seems image is not uploaded.
3. Reload page. Draft is loaded and the image was attached.
I don't know if it's 10 seconds, 15, etc, but it's ridiculous
