If a user has never selected a specific project and is still in the "Everything" filter, they can hit the Create Issue button and the selected project is the first one in the list (alphabetically).
I would like to specify which project is selected by default, either by allowing for sorting or making it an explicit choice in the projects list.
Currently I've just added a * in front of our most used project name to make it sort highest.
