1) register new user
2) check that user can't create new issue !
3) login as new user
4) go to dashboard and press "Hints"
5) find information about bookmarklet and add it to the browser toolbar (as user can see it, why not?)
6) go to google, for example, and press this bookmarklet.
7) there is no way to close it exept refresh google page.
