What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to Download a e.g. PDF Attachment http://bugs.deindeal.ch/youtrack/_persistent/mastercard_wick.pdf?file=79-1684&v=0&c=true
2. New Tab will open and download will start
3. It will stop at around 75% and stay there most of the time
What is the expected result?
The file to be downloaded and displayed
What happens instead?
We wait forever
Happens on various systems with MacOS or Windows
