What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover over attached text file, it will show "Zoom in", but clicking downloads the file
2.

What is the expected result?
Show a quick preview of the contents in the browser (to quickly determine if the contents are helpful)
We have a software that creates issues automatically and attaches a couple of txt files with collected information, sometimes those are relevant sometimes not, but you always have to download them all first to find out.
What happens instead?
File just gets downloaded
