- user enables the setting "Use my email in notifications 'from' field" in the profile
- it adds a new comment to an issue
- hence it becomes a watcher of this issue
- when he added the new comment notifications with his 'from' address are sent to watchers of the issue
So the failure notices are sent to his email.
Please get rid of such amount of spam.
