What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a rule in the mailbox integration admin
2. Under postprocessing, start typing "Assignee "
What is the expected result?
Let's you complete on user name, accepts user name
What happens instead?
Shows a list of "User group" and "Event" as suggestion, but not individual users, marks a user name as unknown if you type it in.
Note that it works in other parts of YouTrack, e.g. if you change an existing issue using the command window.
