As administrators or elevated reporters, it would be helpful to be able to set a ticket's owner. Our clients often phone/email through tickets which we log but they're always logged under the administrators name which means the person who created the ticket never gets notified (they don't log in and watch a ticket).

Allowing administrators to change the owner of a ticket or specify it when creating a ticket would be very valuable.
