What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start creating a new issue.
2. Select "Attach image from clipboard without preview".
3. I get the warning (see attached image in this issue)
What is the expected result? all jars properly signed and manifested.
What happens instead? get the warning as displayed in screenshot.
