What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Create an issue
  2. Launch the screenshot tool
  3. Click "Do not block" button when the alert dialog appear (cf. attachment)
  4. Click Attach
  5. Wait
  6. Then the tool closes and display the message "sorry, cannot attach the image"

What is the expected result?

I expected the image to be attached

What happens instead?

an error message : "sorry, cannot attach the image" (=translation from french)

Additionals informations
  • I have attached the java console log
  • we use squid reverse proxy (i dont think it can be the problem)
  • i have "blurred" domain name in the log file
  • the screenshot tool works on your website (last attachment)
