First of all, NEVER MAKE PEOPLE LOG IN TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK - this ensures they will just get mad and go away - your feedback process shouldn't be a gateway into your issue tracker, it should be a super-low-friction way to hear from your users. You can have a different flow for users to create a ticket.

Have you done ANY usability testing? How is this remotely a good UX? Here I am giving your product a try, just trying to assign tasks to users, and get nothing but errors like this one and "can't submit indirect command", "can't submit invalid command" and other hilarious nonsense.
I love the IDEA variants, but this product is just sad. I'm not even going to invite my team to look at it.
