JT-18883: Document the default DB location on 64-bit Windows

It is really quite tricky to find the YouTrack database after installing YouTrack using the Windows Installer you provide, at least on a 64-bit system. I eventually found mine in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\teamsysdata, which looks like the result of the 32-bit compatibility filesystem redirection.

At the very least, I suggest you mention the above path in this document: http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/YTD4/Changing+Database+Location

Better still, make it default somewhere else, like C:\Users\<me>\YouTrack.

Even better, make it possible to change this during installation, and do not require me to modify your .war file to change this (I can file a separate request for this, if necessary).
