This is a new issue after the latest upgrade to youtrack. (By the way, I LOVE the upgrade, thank you!)
I have many versions on a project that are archived and released. I even created a version and then deleted it (by clicking on delete). However, these all still show up in my sprint drop down on the agile board. see screen shots.
P.S.: "Amazon" is the deleted version.
