What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Perform any action that would trigger email from youTrack

Email doesn't go out

I am able to receive emails as youTrack creates an issue as I have configured the mailbox under Administration. I am getting License warning though as the number of users have reached to 27 while my license is only valid for 25 users. Could that be the problem?
